Platform Statement: Part I
1. If elected to this position, what will you attempt to accomplish that will help to meet the strategic goals of the Association?
I hope to engage current members in research efforts, as well as recruit new members from our region.

2. Describe an accomplishment on your own campus or within NACADA of which you are proud. What do you believe your accomplishment demonstrates about your abilities as a leader?
I am serving the second year in my term as the elected Chair of the University Council. This body approves all non-curricular policy for the institution. This requires collaboration across multiple units, as well as an awareness of and thorough understanding of the issues, and an overall ability to accomplish the goals of the group, even with varied voices and thoughts of the members.

3. Why are you interested in serving in this leadership position or what influenced you to run for this leadership position?
I am a long standing member of NACADA, and I believe in the mission to develop our members as leaders, so this would be a platform to give back to the organization that has given so much to me as a professional.
