Abstract:
|
Advisors today balance complex roles, often letting administrative burdens crowd out meaningful mentorship. This session re-frames Generative AI as a relational tool designed to reclaim that space. Moving beyond theory, we introduce the 'Advisor's Prompt Library' a curated toolkit for streamlining routine tasks like email drafting, workshop planning, and skills translation. By automating the mundane, advisors can reduce cognitive load and focus on what AI cannot replicate: empathy and connection. Join us to explore ethical frameworks and practical strategies for using AI to reduce burnout and ensure technology serves the human relationship at the heart of student success. |
