Abstract:

UPDATE FOR 2026 AND DELETE THIS SENTENCE. Coaching is a viable addition to student success in higher education. We help facilitate growth and self-reflection in students so that they find success at the university and beyond! Ultimately, the advisor/coach should have the skills to: Identify what the student wants to achieve; encourage the student to look within to learn more about self; support the student's generation of solutions and strategies to problems; and serve as the student's accountability partner in their endeavors. Join us for our community meeting to network, discuss coaching, and get involved in all the amazing things we're doing! |
