By infusing playful themes into decor, emails, and campaigns, the Center became a recognizable, student-friendly brand that students seek out rather than avoid. This approachable identity not only strengthens advisor-student rapport but also boosts accountability, with students booking appointments more proactively. The session encourages institutions to embrace personality in advising, showing how the 'Maverick' spirit transforms compliance into connection and success. |
