Abstract:
|
Are You Experiencing Rushing Advisor Syndrome?
Does this sound like you? Struggling to keep the juggling act of work and home from collapsing around you. Answer "so busy", "stressed" or "exhausted" when asked how you are. Never feels like there are enough hours in the day. Checks emails in the bathroom, at traffic lights, or late at night. Tends to crave sugar, particularly mid-afternoon. Runs late regularly, often because you tried to fit more things in before the appointment. Wonders why everyone else drives so slowly, whether they do or not.
This practical, hands-on session will give you easy tools you can implement today to bring more calm and clarity into your world. We will explore ideas from Dr. Libby Weaver's book "Rushing Woman's Syndrome" while also practicing Tai Chi and Yoga Nidra. |
