Abstract:

This session will demonstrate how advising leaders can use assessment to coordinate cross-unit student success initiatives and foster shared responsibility for retention and persistence. Drawing on a collective impact framework, the presentation highlights the role of directors of advising in translating data into action and refining interventions in real time. We will review how to coalesce around the shared objective of student success and retention data to inform strategic initiatives to improve results and refine targeted interventions using an Objectives and Key Results framework. |
