In today's higher education landscape, the separation of academic advising and career services often creates a fragmented student support experience. This session explores a holistic Academic and Career Advising Model implemented at a mid-size private research university. Participants will learn how integrating these two critical areas of student support fosters seamless development, enhances retention, and improves post-graduation outcomes. Through real-world case examples, data insights, and interactive discussions, we will empower attendees to design or enhance their own advising frameworks to support students' academic and career success. |
