Are you ready to master Drop-in Advising without sacrificing your mental health? Join me to learn a five-step process for making Drop-ins more manageable and less stressful. I used to avoid Drop-ins due to the chaos that can ensue, but now, I employ them frequently while feeling confident and capable. With an approach prioritizing preparation, speedy follow-ups, and self-care, we can turn a stressor into an opportunity for high student engagement during the times when they need us most. Folks with all levels of Drop-in experience are encouraged to attend! |
