Abstract:

Using an example of recent change at our institution and a review of change theory, this presentation will delve into the mental states of change. The presenters will first review two transition models, then lead a discussion with session attendees about areas of control within instances of change. Finally, the presenters will provide practical solutions on processing change internally to positively impact their outward response and their support of students experiencing change. |
