Abstract:
|
One Coordinator, 9,000 Students: A Data-Driven Model for AI-Enhanced Career Coaching at Scale. What does it take one career coordinator to effectively meet the needs of over 9,000 students in five colleges? This lightning round session provides a validated, trauma-informed coaching model founded on 14 months of first-hand practice statistics. Across 374 coaching sessions with 263 distinct students, the model delivers 3.2 services per appointment, incorporating AI tools in 75.9 percent of sessions without sacrificing relational depth. Outcomes include 58.8 percent annual growth in engagement and a 24 percent voluntary return rate. Participants will walk out with tangible strategies for maintaining high-quality career advising at depth. Designed for advisors and career professionals managing high caseloads at any institution. |
