Abstract:
This workshop aims to empower advisors and higher education professionals who are passionate about international student academic and career success with strategies and tools from an award-winning and nationally recognized international student success model. This workshop will interpret the model's rationale and conceptual framework and examine strategies and best practices under the five pillars of success model. Participants will master the entirety of the model and apply it into respective institutions to advise international students effectively.
