Abstract:
|
In this presentation, attendees will learn a model for a successful and effective advisor onboarding and training program. Attendees will create action items to take back to their institution by finding areas of improvement in their current onboarding and training processes. After institutional change and leadership re-organization, we started from the ground and built a new advising training and onboarding process with an 'a la carte' approach.
