Abstract:
|
Faced with shifting enrollment trends, evolving student needs, and a commitment to equity, a Northeast community college re-imagined its academic advising model to improve student momentum and retention. This session will present two key strategies-a redesigned on-boarding experience and a case management approach-that have transformed how advising supports student success. Participants will gain actionable strategies and data-informed insights -offering a scalable model for institutions seeking to improve first-year success. |
