Abstract:
|
Visionary leadership within the K-16 educational communities is a vital component to ensuring that all students/learners (high school, undergraduates, and young adults), are prepared Socially, Academically, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Financially, Emotionally(Mental Health), and Educationally (S.A.F.E.) for life success. All K-16 stakeholders now have an obligation to provide and ensure a Return On Investment (ROI) for parents and families on the K-16 continuum. Working on the frontline of academic and student success as an Academic Advisor for over 19+ years, I realize the preparedness that today's high school, college students, and adult populations need for overall success in today's evolving society. As a combined Academic Advisor, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and Career Coach, my professional vision and personal initiatives have allowed me as a Change Agent to 'Redefine, Redesign, and Realign the New College Degree Experience'. |
