TITLE: THE TIMES THEY ARE a-CHANGIN' ...an EVOLUTION OF STUDENT SUCCESS.
In the words of Bob Dylan, we know 'The Times They are a-Changin'. Learn how one university navigated the needs of modern students as well as meeting the expectations of the institution. Hear how we began with an initial vision to support students, and how we evolved into a purpose-driven, multifaceted Office of Student Success (OSS). The OSS now encompasses recruiting, orientation, and retention initiatives, and cares for students from recruitment to graduation. At the OSS, students can find academic support, personal assistance, a sense of belonging, and a 'home away from home'. This interactive session will be beneficial to anyone wishing to develop their vision and take their institution's success initiatives to a new level. |
