Abstract:
|
This session explores innovative strategies for enhancing transfer student engagement through the lens of National Transfer Week, aligned with the NACADA conference theme, Meeting in the Middle: Connecting People, Purpose, and Possibility. Using the Connect, Celebrate, Collaborate, and Continue framework, presenters will demonstrate how intentional programming, campus partnerships, and student voice create meaningful intersections where transfer students feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Participants will engage in interactive activities designed to identify shared challenges and explore creative approaches to fostering connection and belonging. This session positions National Transfer Week as more than a celebration, it becomes a strategic meeting point where people, purpose, and possibility converge to strengthen transfer student success throughout the academic year. |
