Abstract:
|
Strategic enrollment management (SEM) is far more than just a fancy synonym for 'admissions;' it is a comprehensive, data-informed approach that integrates academic outcomes, student experiences, and institutional culture to recruit, onboard, and retain students through degree completion. Coaching programs play a critical yet often underrecognized role in this work. This discussion session will explore how coaching programs, regardless of organizational structure or approach, are connected to institutional SEM priorities by advancing student success outcomes across the entire SEM lifecycle. Presenters will empower coaches and coaching administrators to see themselves as essential partners in shaping and supporting enrollment goals and to confidently advocate for their role in institutional success. |
