Higher Education is facing significant challenges that can impact overall morale. As advisors, we are often the first space where students can express their joys, concerns, grievances, and accomplishments. Many of us chose to enter this field because of the impact and personal connections. When challenges arise, whether at the student level, at the institution, or globally, it is easy to lose sight of the "why" behind our work. In this highly engaging session, individuals will have the opportunity to find the values that are most important to them in their work and create a mission statement that will guide them through their career in higher education. |
