Abstract:
|
This presentation highlights the importance of personalized outreach for all students, focusing on the need for intentional, data-driven communication to promote engagement, retention, and academic success. Students often face fewer personalized touchpoints, and making proactive outreach essential for their success. Without a CRM system to automate this process, it is vital to use various communication methods such as emails, newsletters, and targeted messages based on student data. The approach centers on creating a sense of belonging and mattering, which has been shown to improve student retention and well-being. By offering timely support, celebrating achievements, and providing guidance during challenges, this outreach ensures students feel valued and connected to the academic community. Ultimately, personalized outreach is crucial for fostering both the academic and personal success of all students, helping them thrive throughout their educational journey. |
