Success Coaching has emerged as a vital approach in higher education used to strengthen retention, student involvement, and overall academic achievement. In this presentation, certified success coaches will provide a comprehensive overview of strategies and best practices specifically focused on the first-year student experience. They will define success coaching, highlighting their role in creating a supportive atmosphere for students to navigate the challenges of academia and building self-efficacy. Furthermore, the value of early intervention and proactive measures used to address potential obstacles before they hinder the advancement of students will be discussed. |
