Mentorship Matters: Providing Advisors with Essential Support
How do we grow, advance professionally and provide the best service to students? How can we ensure that we devote greater effort to our job while also prioritizing our well-being? The key is effective mentoring. Mentors offer fresh perspectives and guidance for moving forward.
Mentoring boosts well-being, enhancing overall happiness and fulfillment. Mentoring relationships contribute to the educational success of our students.
Given the importance of the mission of higher education in developing leaders, we will display the intersection of mentoring, well-being and professional growth. When approached correctly, mentoring emerges as one of the most effective instruments for learning, advancing, and supporting our well-being.
During the interactive panel discussion participants will learn about the benefits of mentoring and take home some tools on how to assess the mentorship. |
