Abstract:
|
Learn how one Academic Advising department utilized limited resources and tools to develop and create a high touchpoint communication plan for their entire student population of adult learners in distance education. Utilizing data to inform areas of need, advising implemented intentional interventions with limited resource strain to teach and support adult learners in a way that aligned with transformative and flipped advising goals. Through creativity, teamwork, communication, and dedication, a proactive and transformative Academic advising team was born. |
