Find balance in your life. Be an amazing professional. You can be a mom and work. Have it all. These are just a few of the things that go through the minds of those who identify as a working mother. But anyone who has walked this path knows that it is not simple or easy. This panel presentation will showcase 6 different working professional women, across various institutional types, who will share their own story of trying to have it all. They will share practical advice and strategies used in their careers to navigate seasons of life. We'll talk about Job Shares, Hybrid schedules, changing roles and hours, and re-entering the workforce. Come learn, grow, and share in our collective experience. |
