Abstract: Using Laughter Yoga for Stress Reduction and to Regulate Your Mood
Advisors are under a tremendous amount of stress with ever increasing student caseloads and responsibilities. Out-of-control stress can lead to decreased productivity, anxiety, depression, and health issues. Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques 'which brings more oxygen to our our body making us feel more energetic and healthy.' Instead of an apple a day, perhaps by laughing every day can keep the doctor away?
