Can You Hear Us? What Students Wish Advisors Knew
As an advisor, have you ever questioned if your methods or approaches are effective to the students you serve? Have you ever wondered if the way you communicate is actually being received how you intended? In this panel, we'll hear from students at different types of institutions on their advising experience. We'll focus on what students wish advisors knew and understood about the best ways to communicate, share resources, refer out, and advise. We'll end our time by allowing the audience to ask any follow-up questions for the panel. |
