This program, Directed Reflection, Intention, Vision, and Excellence, fills a crucial gap by offering a structured leadership development pathway tailored for academic advisors. Leveraging university resources and partnerships, Advisor DRIVE provides a comprehensive platform encompassing workshops, LinkedIn Learning modules, leader engagement series, and mentorship opportunities. Through this presentation, attendees will gain insights into the program's inception, curriculum design, participant selection criteria, and outcomes from initial cohorts.
