Abstract: Title: Engaging in the Nine Conditions of Excellence in Academic Advising

Abstract:

Learn about how one large public, four-year university engaged with NACADA to review the new reality of academic advising post-pandemic. Working with NACADA consultants, the university engaged in the two-day NACADA program review and the Excellence in Academic Advising (EAA) Self-Study year-long process to facilitate a deep dive into academic advising using the EAA Nine Conditions of Excellence. The self-study also included administering the NACADA Outcomes of Academic Advising Surveys.
