(Movie trailer guy voice) In a world of uncertainty over their college futures, students count on Academic Advisors with 'rock star' status, to help guide them on a pathway of persistence and success. However, the wear and tear of dedication toward the mission of student success can take a toll on our advisor's mental, emotional, and physical health if not mitigated by wellness measures. In this presentation, the facilitator will take advisors and other participants on an energizing and therapeutic journey of both evidence-based and traditional healing practices that revitalize the mind, body, and soul, so that they can be ready for their next semester tour. |
