Title: What's Your Number? How to Utilize the Enneagram as a Tool for Working Together
Lead Presenter: Teena Brooks
Date: December 31, 1969    Time: 6:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Room:
Abstract: Self-exploration can be a useful tool when working with others. In our office, we have utilized the Enneagram personality assessment to learn more about ourselves individually and how we work together as a unit. The Enneagram stems from a theory centered around human psychology and personality. As we learn about ourselves, we can also learn about others. Through understanding the way we function and interact with our core collegiate community, we can identify ways to effectively collaborate with our students and peers. In this presentation, we will provide information about the Enneagram, the core numbers involved, and how it has been utilized as part of our development as advisors and working together as a team.
