Title: Working Smarter not Harder: Leveraging Technology to Advise Today's Student
Feeling like your workload has increased, but your time hasn't? Wondering how you can do more with less? - Join this session to discover how to work smarter, not harder and integrate technology into your advising practice to meet students where they are. With Generation Z in college and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic still coming to light, advisors are seeing a shift in student needs and expectations. In turn, advising practice has had to adapt. However, advising resources have remained similar: we have similar workdays but often more responsibilities as colleagues depart higher education. This session will help advisors evaluate their practice and utilize technology to work more efficiently. |
