Can You Really Have It All? Administering, Parenting, and Doctoral-ing
Throughout your career in higher education, you may reach a crossroads when making decisions about advancement opportunities. What is involved in being an advising administrator? Do you really want or need a doctoral degree? How will you balance work, school, and parenting? Come join a panel discussion with advising administrators who are currently in the midst of all three! The panelists are all moms serving in administrator roles while pursuing their doctorate. They represent a variety of institution types, advising models, and leadership positions and are in different phases of parenting and working on their degrees. If you are considering this journey, they are prepared to answer all your questions and offer advice - because yes, if you want to, you CAN have it all! |
