You Do What?!: Lessons Learned from 'Combining' Undergraduate and Graduate Advising
This presentation will discuss how the Offices of Undergraduate Advising and Graduate Advising were joined together as part of an academic restructure. While they continue to operate independently of one another, having them now report to one supervisor has allowed each advising team to review the policies, practices, and approaches of the other team to identify opportunities for improvement and collaboration as well as shared challenges. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on opportunities for collaboration on their campuses. |
