Lead Presenter: Karla Knepper
Date: October 08, 2021    Time: 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm
Room: 230/231, DECC
Abstract: In a state where there is 100% performance based funding, collaboration and learning from each other is imperative and has been welcomed. As a result, student success and completion are becoming enculturated across the state. As part of a statewide commitment to scaling a guided pathways approach, the State Association of Community College's Success Center provides technical assistance and pathways coaching in 3 areas to all 23 community colleges in the state. Representatives from two community colleges will share their experience with advising redesign to promote student success and their role in a statewide coaching initiative that is currently being implemented with the goal of moving completion work from the micro to macro level.
