Abstract:

Assessment is critical to continuous quality improvement efforts. The two most important, and sometimes most challenging, aspects of the assessment process are collecting evidence and knowing what to do with the information you have collected. This presentation will focus on practical strategies that advising departments can use to collect evidence, make meaning of it, and then use that information to improve processes and practices. |
