Discover the LEGO Serious Play methodology through interactive building exercises promoting communication and problem-solving. Participants will engage in skills-building activities to understand how LEGO surfaces diverse voices in group settings. A brief presentation will showcase various applications of LEGO bricks in student success and academic advising, highlighting its role in networking, communication, data collection, and strategic planning. This workshop will feature guided discussions on creative approaches to student success, engagement, and vision development. Attendees will leave with a toolkit of abstract strategies to support students in higher education. |
