Abstract: Think Like an Exploratory Advisor
Many students question their major or career path while earning their degree, but how can we support them throughout this process? Designed for advisors who do not work frequently or exclusively with exploratory students, this presentation will help attendees confidently and effectively assist their students through the unknown. Participants will learn various strategies as well as language that will build connection and trust with their exploring students.
