Abstract: Institutional fiscal sustainability is an ever increasing challenge in the face of declining residential student populations due to the COVID-19 global pandemic (Rowley, 2020). Administrators at many higher education institutions especially at small colleges and universities have had to make hard decisions about staffing and budget cuts which has resulted in remaining staff to take on additional responsibilities or hats. These additional hats can lead to increased job stress and burnout (Dubois & Mistretta, 2019). Join us for small group discussions on the multiple hats you might be wearing at your institution and how to identify other stakeholders at your institution to engage and encourage buy-in so that you can avoid burnout.
