Abstract: This session aims to review peer mentoring as an effective approach for promoting college student success, construct advising as teaching model, and it applied pedagogical approaches in developing a peer mentor program with a formal curriculum. Participants will be able to apply the framework of peer mentor development into their respective institutions.
