"The University of Kentucky's Human Resources and Student and Academic Support offices worked together to create a career progression plan for academic, program, and career advisors. These progression plans provide colleges a pathway for advisors to continue their professional growth. The progression plans include opportunities for mentoring, program development, and academic growth as a professional.
