Effective communication can be a challenge at any institution, but even more challenging when scale is an issue. The Office of Professional Development in the College of Business at the University of Central Florida has cracked the code. With over 8,500 students in the College of Business, the Office of Professional Development has been extremely successful in being able to deliver communication to students to ensure academic and professional success. The College delivers a combination of individual and cluster advising with a mix of electronic and social media communication. This presentation will share with you best practices through group discussion.
