Looking for ways to create online advising education for your institution? In this presentation, we will share our online initiative used to prepare first-year students for their faculty advising meeting; in our Advising 101 and 102 experiences students learn the nuts and bolts of advising and get introduced to career and high impact practice opportunities. We will also facilitate discussion and brainstorming so that you have the tools to create your own online experience for your institution. Throughout our session, we will focus on the 'What', 'How', and 'Who' of what it takes to launch an online advising education experience. |
