Abstract: Have you just accepted a new role as a director or are you interested in moving into an Associate Director or Director role? Don't have a professional mentor to turn to with questions to see if taking that next step in your career is the right next step for you? Bring your questions and concerns to this safe-space panel discussion. Three directors who recently completed their first year at their institutions will share their experiences as new directors along with providing tips on how to prepare to take that next step-up in your career.
