Title: Implementing a College Life Coaching Program: A Small School Perspective

Abstract: College Life Coaching is a program in which advisors collaborate with students to facilitate growth to positively impact student satisfaction and retention. The College Life Coaching program was implemented with students who were determined to be at-risk or provisionally admitted. This presentation will provide an overview of how the College Life Coaching program was piloted at a small institution with limited resources and overlapping staff responsibilities. The presentation will conclude with a review of crucial inaugural year outcomes and share a vision for the future.
