Abstract: Do you want to be more involved in NACADA leadership? This panel session will provide an introduction to all of the various ways members can start their leadership pathway in the association. Participants will have the opportunity to hear stories about how current NACADA leaders got started and how they ended up in the role they are now. Our objective is for participants to identify how they want to capitalize on their strengths to serve the overall membership, the roles that best address their goals, and some immediate steps they can take to get started.
