Abstract:

In our media-centered society, digital storytelling can be a creative way to remind students that their stories are important and should be shared with future generations. The art of storytelling is a learning tool that can encourage students to explore their thoughts and feelings in a creative way (Robin, 2006). Sharing stories can build a strong school culture and create a deeper connection to educational goals and to the institution. The purpose of this presentation is to show how a collaboration between graduating seniors, faculty, and an advisor led to the development of a web series that provided wisdom on how to navigate the road to graduation. |
