Abstract:

Robust data advising tools are essential to impact improved student outcomes for Berkeley's "historically marginalized students" (FirstGen, low-income) in their Educational Opportunity Program, where more than 12,000+ eligible students benefit from services. This session reviews how Nuro Retention is helping Cal Berkeley accomplish their program goals with analytics and technology, and will be a follow up to our presentation from NACADA 2017 as we are now into Implementation and Phase 1 of release.
