Bridge Over Troubled Water: Enhancing Supervisory Effectiveness During Challenging Times
A recent Gallup poll found that 70% of a team's engagement is influenced by their supervisor. So why aren't we more intentional in training staff to excel at leading their team, especially when navigating turbulent waters? Whether new to supervision, struggling to find your stride, or simply don't have the bandwidth to train a supervisor the way you'd like, this presentation is for you. To bridge the gaps attributed to lack of training, presenters will share strategies for enhancing supervisory effectiveness, improving workplace relationships, and preparing for unavoidable supervision experiences, all in an effort to positively impact your staff and unit's success.
