The Positivity Factor and Career Advancement
Concepts of positive psychology have been around for decades and integrating these concepts into the workplace, and an individual's career development, often leads to greater productivity, engagement, and a better sense as to what purposeful work means. This program will provide participants with exposure to this body of research and interactive activities to help build a mindset needed to set oneself up for career success. This session will cover topics around employee engagement, the positive mindset, and strategies to prevent job misery from developing. |
