Shine Theory, developed by Aminatou Sow and Ann Friedman, is "an investment, over the long term, in helping someone be their best self-and relying on their help in return." Using Shine Theory, this workshop will present information on how advisors, particularly women, can help each other learn, grow and root for each other as they move up the ladder to higher positions in their career. |
