Abstract:

Using the RAIN framework from "Radical Compassion" by Tara Brach, our session will lead a discussion of using self-compassion to recover from leadership missteps. RAIN stands for Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture and Brach leads readers through this framework for cultivating self-compassion to foster growth. The presenter will lead the group through learning about how to use RAIN through examples from their leadership experiences. Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to use self-compassion to grow as a leader. |
